| For customers convenience we operate a courier service, we can arrange for your parts or engine to be collected from your address or work and returned when repairs are complete. You do not have to use this service, but most customers find it easier than trying to arrange it themselves. A typical price for this service is around £20 total for both ways.
When sending parts or engines to us, it is very important to make sure they are securely packed, cylinders and cranks should be packed so that any protrusions such as flanges, water hose connections and threads cannot push through the side of the box. Use a box that is too big and put plenty of packing (bubble wrap or screwed up newspaper) around the part. Seal the box with strong tape and write our full name and address clearly on the outside of the box. Do not forget to enclose your details inside. For Jetski engines we recommend packing in a strong plastic crate or strapping to a small wooden pallet and covering with plastic sheet. Please ensure parts are cleaned before sending. If you are unable to remove studs or power valves we will do this without making outrageous charges, however we do not accept responsibility for breakages which may occur whilst doing so and will make charges to repair broken studs and threads etc but only after discussion with the customer.
